We offer a full range of site development services
to take your project from inception, through the regulatory maze and
to construction.
FHLA has vast experience on a wide range of both
large and small projects.
During the feasibility phase of a project, we are in
the position to determine the suitability of various types of
developments. At a preliminary conference, with the developer,
architect, or government agency, the project is outlined, and the
scope of work, clearly defined. Then, pertinent data concerning the
proposed structures, sewage disposal, storm water and utility
requirements, are reviewed relative to the local land use
regulations, state environmental regulations, and applicable Federal
regulations. All these factors can then be taken into consideration,
in establishing a probable construction cost for the project.
Once feasibility has been established, our Engineers
work as integral members of the design team to plan the location of
structures, develop parking lot layouts, and design grading, storm
water drainage, sanitary sewers, landscaping and lighting - within
the regulatory framework, and in harmony with the environment.
We can develop detailed drawings and prepare permit
applications for submission to municipality, and other regulators
for approval.
After obtaining the necessary approvals, we can
prepare detailed construction specifications, bid packages, and
provide site monitoring and other construction services.
